Directed and written by Christensen, I Work Alone is a dramatic automotive film inspired by popular racing simulation video games and based on a true story. It follows the thrilling exploration of the world of competitive street racing, giving viewers a unique insight into the lives of a group of diverse characters from around the world whose lives become intertwined in unexpected ways. 

Christensen's upcoming visual masterpiece is highly anticipated, with intense action scenes and a stunning cast of exotic cars. The film will also delve into the story of an aging grandfather mentor, competitive racers, and beautiful women. Over 50 actors are featured in the production with a budget of more than $3 million USD.

The film follows Aksel (lead actor played by Christensen), a venture capitalist (VC) from Silicon Valley, California who races cars against friends and coworkers at exciting locations around the world. The film also stars actors from Denmark, Japan, and the United States including Vanessa Russi, Cina Luks and Zienna Sonne in supporting roles.  

Development of the film began in late 2018, with the majority of the filming done in 2019. However, with multiple script and direction changes, the scope, budget, and timeline of the film greatly increased. In August 2023, it was announced that filming was again in progress, with Christensen in Europe with new cast members.  

In post-production, the music score, initially by A Sakhi, was supplemented by Lxst Cxntury (pending), Michelle Sabine (pending), Zarina Olox Kopyrina and Karl Casey at White Bat Audio (pending).

I Work Alone is scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2024.
